Physical TherapyAssociates Sports Medicine (ASM) provides a state-of-the-art facility to help you with your rehabilitation process. Our therapy staff works closely with you to help relieve pain, promote healing, and restore functional abilities to enable you to adjust to any temporary or permanent physical changes. Our team consists of experienced physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers, and massage therapists. We work directly with your referring physician to ensure you receive the absolute best care possible. ASM has a warm and family oriented feel to it. You are not just another patient or injury. We provide complete continuity of care with your physical therapist from session to session. Our extended hours will adapt to your schedule.
